1960's Ladies one-piece dress or jumper dress vintage pattern

The dress features a collar, slit opening at front neck, back zipper opening and a full gathered skirt.  The kimono type sleeves may roll up to form cuffs.  The belt is purchased.  The jumper dress features a v shaped neckline in the front.  Gathered skirt with patch pockets and a front button closing.  The belt is from same fabric or is purchased.
